We are not actively participating/recruiting for Mythic content due to a lack of interest in BFA.

About Us
Mediocracy is a guild that focuses on a relaxed and entertaining raiding atmosphere while bringing skilled players together in a hardcore casual environment. This is done with the understanding that as a community our players priorities in life are changing and that many of us no longer have as many hours to dedicate to gaming.

History
Mediocracy is a long standing guild on Anetheron since early Burning Crusade as a 25-man raiding guild. We have earned multiple server firsts including Kil'jaeden, Grand Crusader and 0-light while raiding only 3 days a week.

During the start of Cataclysm we adjusted our raid roster into two 10 man groups at 2 days a week. Since the change to a more casual schedule we have still earned server firsts for Sinestra, Heroic: Will, Heroic: Empress, and Ra-den.

At the end of MoP and the creation of Mythic 20-man raids we converted our two 10-man groups into a single 20-man raid group which we continued to raid with throughout the remainder of MoP. We then continued that pattern into WoD with a year hiatus at the end of WoD due to an overall lack of interest in the game and it's state/lack of enjoyable content.

With the release of Legion we are back in full swing with a full 20-man roster.


What We Are Looking For
Since our focus is about having an enjoyable competitive raiding experience it is our priority that we provide a safe and respectful environment.

We expect all of our members to show the necessary maturity to handle players from all walks of life and to treat each other with politeness and respect.

We expect that our raiders perform to the utmost of their abilities and to maximize their personal potential in terms of gear, knowledge, and consumables.

Raiding and Rosters
Our current schedule is Tuesday & Thursday 9PM-12AM EST.

We try to maintain our roster at around 23-25 members at the moment. If you are recruited be aware that you may be sat for SOME fights but it will NOT be EVERY mythic fight. You WILL get to raid EVERY raid night.
