Group 1 is looking for a Firelands ready ranged DPS. We prefer
Warlock, Hunter, or Balance Druid over Elemental Shaman or Mage
because our current group setup, however exceptional DPS Shamans or
Mages will still be considered.
Current raid times:
Wednesday: 8-11 PM EST (Mandatory raid; 12 PM end time if everyone can stay)
Friday: 9-12 PM EST (Our optional raid that we are looking to make mandatory)
Sunday: 7-11 PM EST (Mandatory raid)
We have a few groups in our guild with each group doing individual recruitment.
What we offer:
- We cover repairs during raids
- We provide food buffs
- We cover flasks durings raids
- We offer FaF invites
What we are looking for:
- Players with experience in current raids and those who put time into researching new fights.
- Players who are in gear levels ready for current tier of raiding. If you are slightly undergeared but feel you have something to prove you are better than your gear please feel free to app and defend yourself
- Players who can take critique without it turning into a hostile argument. We want to be able to quickly analyze what went wrong/right in an attempt and make necessary changes on the spot.
- Players who are on top of theorycrafting, gemming, and enchanting. We want to see min/maxing.
- We thoroughly examine logs to look for players with not only high DPS but great raid awareness.
