“HARM” Guild

HARM is a solid 25 man raiding guild on the Arathor server. We have experienced leadership, an exceptional guild culture, and are serious about progression. We are taking full advantage of the flexible raid locks to dominate new content while maintaining tight guild relations. We are currently at 9/12 on 25 man and 10/12 in 10 man content.

Raid Information
We currently run two official nights in BWD and BOT 25 man mode. Our raid times are from 6:00 to 9:00 Tuesdays and Thursdays. This gives us plenty of time to progress while still allowing for alt progression, and various other in-game activities without burning out members. The schedule is very family friendly which is important to us. 10 man runs are available most days to learn new content and keep us busy.

Loot System
We utilize the Ni Karma loot system for 25 man content. Ni Karma is a roll bonus system, which is similar to zero-sum. "Karma" can be thought of as "favor of the loot gods", where it skews loot towards those with the most favor.

You get this favor from the effort you put towards raids, and lose it as you gain items. An element of luck is built in to the system allowing those with less favor to win loot from time to time making things more interesting.

Raiders
We expect the best from our raider members. Being prepared is critical from having ample supplies such as flasks, pots, etc to doing research on encounters you are unfamiliar with. We expect raiders to have a high degree of raid awareness, and be able to pick things up on the fly should a strat change mid-battle.

Raiders should be well versed in their class and spec. Proper enchants, gems and gear choices are expected and raiders must perform as expected for their gear.

Casual Members
No guild would be complete without casual members. Casual members add to guild culture and help balance epeen with humility. HARM welcomes casual members to our ranks and offers opportunities for growth as a player.
