Almost Heroes is recruiting for Shadowlands!
Almost Heroes (Area-52) is a semi-hardcore raiding guild derived of high level players across all fronts that is trying to bridge the gap between hardcore raiding and raiding for fun.
The Almost Heroes officer core has been raiding together for over 7 years in many different raiding environments - with that experience, we’ve learned many lessons and we can say without a doubt that we know how-to and how-NOT-to lead a guild. It is our leadership standard to create a minimal drama, team-first environment that holds ALL of its members accountable, including the officer team itself.
At our prime in Legion we were sub US 50 for 2 day guilds & full cleared EN, ToV, and NH on mythic difficulty. After our three cutting edges we raided a bit in ToS until eventually breaking up and taking a break from the game.
Our goal for Shadowlands is to full clear each raid, and do so in a laid back and low stress zone. We have moderately high expectations for our raiders to perform at a high level and expect all of our raiders to have a good amount of raid & class knowledge - HOWEVER, with that being said, above all, we look for effort and improvement. If you're ambitious and think that you have what it takes to clear cutting edge content but you don’t have the experience to back it up, don’t let the previous statements hold you back from reaching out.
RAID TIMES: Tuesday, Thursday & Monday 8:00pm-11:00pm EST

Balance Druid: Medium
Ranged Hunter: Medium
Shadow Priest: High
Warlock: High
Mage: High
Preference on a Druid and Priest with a viable healer offspec.
The classes listed above are our highest priority, but we will consider ALL applicants regardless of our current roster needs.
