Recruitment

We have a need for a skilled healer, prefer Hpal. Have at least 2+ cutting edges and Recent logs dating back to at least Slands.

Looking to recruit a tank, must have multiple CEs, and have the desire to push themselves and work well with other players. Prefer prot warrior but will accept other tanks potentially if you are a good fit for us (no need for blood dk atm).

We are looking to One DPS, prefer highly competitive player with the drive to improve and do what it takes to perform both mechanically and numerically. Minimum 1 cutting edge under the belt unless you have exceptional logs and the right attitude, we are looking to help players improve and function as a team member in a mythic raid team.

If you feel like you can outperform anyone on our roster, feel free to apply, even if your class is not listed. We do have a competitive roster in order to ensure that complacency is avoided

Schedule
We do not add hours nor do we add days we progression raid on a strictly three-day/nine-hour a week schedule. Any off day (s) we have are completely and 100% optional.

About Symphony of Fire

We've been a guild (formerly known as reign of fire) since 2017 when we started as a weekend team (we shifted to a weekday guild at the beginning of shadowlands). We have experience and drive, and we have players, leadership, and strategists that want to help one another be better at the game. We are passionate about progression raiding – no apathy here! We get CE every tier and have since Argus.

Symphony of Fire offers a strong leadership core, with an emphasis on improving our play. We regularly review logs, conduct raid meetings to discuss strategy, and use a 21st man to improve our shot calling and focus. With a clear guild vision and the desire to be the best we can be, we offer a unique environment among a sea of 3-day guilds.

Expectations

・Invites at 7:40 pm est (clearing trash and being ready to pull at 8pm)

・Competitive logs (prefer at least an 85% avg)

・Previous CE experience highly preferred

・Come prepped for the boss(es) we are progressing on. (this means putting in the time outside of raid hours, researching bosses)

・Good mental

・Teamwork

・Mechanical and sound-consistent play before damage throughput during progression.

・Able to receive constructive criticism.

・Willingness to improve. No matter how good you are you should strive to always improve your gameplay.
