Recruiting (outdated):

shaman (restoration)medium
We currently have two raids going. T/th as our primary raid, and wed/mon for our 2.0 raid. Many players run alternate toons in both raids. Our recruiting is noted above, but there are always opportunities for other classes as well, if you completely kick ass. -

no-brainer approach to raiding:

1). Be on time.
"Be on time" means that you are:

a). Online when the raid is supposed to start, not 10 minutes after.
b). Be at the set place we will be raiding.
c). Be ready to go with all the things you will need to raid.

That brings us to #2...

2). Have all of your consumables ready BEFORE raid time.
This means that you do not wait until you get an invite to do it. Have them made hours in advance. Personally, I stock up after every raid.

3). Know the fights.
Officers should not have to hold your hand, draw you a diagram or read to you for you to know a fight. There are a lot of websites online that have strats. Use them.

4). Shut the fuck up on vent.
Unless you are the raid leader, no one needs to fucking hear you unless it is a fight that you need to be heard on (kickers on General) or it is a REAL emergency. If the raid leader cannot handle all the information calls, perhaps it is time to work on that. On a side note, I think bela and don do this fine so we can all probably just stfu.

5). Do not give 10 minute excuses to why you are bad, fucked up and wiped the raid.
Simply fix it and make sure it does not happen again.

6). Give 100% all the time, not just on bosses.
This means do not afk or slack on trash either. If we did 100% at all times, we would clear Ulduar in one day easily.

Well, there it is. 6 easy steps to raiding. Learn it. Live it. Love it.
