“Performance Anxiety” Guild

Raid Schedule:
Monday: 6:15 pm – 9.15 pm server time (GMT+10)
Thursday: 6:15 pm – 9.15 pm server time (GMT +10)

Optional:
Sunday: 6:15 pm - 9:15 pm server time (GMT+10) heroic farm run, for mythic trials and alts, or just to hang out and have some fun.

Intent:
To push progression within a 6 hour schedule while still maintaining an enjoyable atmosphere. We aim to get CE by the end of the tier, and will generally extend rather than re-clear unless there is a compelling reason to do otherwise.

Atmosphere:
We are generally slightly older (not necessarily mature) players who enjoy the game and have done so for many years.

We are about a 75/25 split of Kiwis and Aussies and have raid times which fit well with our players' lifestyles; we are currently one of the few Horde guilds aiming for CE at NZ/early AU times.

We encourage and expect respect and seek high performance, excellent game-play, and most importantly a positive attitude. Naturally, if you are a toxic shit-stirrer you will not last.

Expectations:
You must be able to make the core raid nights reliably, and we expect that if you join us you will stay for at least the full tier (progression). The last thing any team needs is players who leave mid-season and WoW is no exception.

We do not require mythic raid experience to join our team but we do expect mythic-level dedication and accountability from you. You will be able to take constructive criticism, and be willing to put in the effort to be counted an asset to the team.

You will understand your class and role. You know how to analyse and improve your gameplay (or at least be able to ask for help), as well as play around your teammates' strengths and weaknesses and know how to capitalize on these.

We have little interest in rankings; however logs are a great way to analyse performance and find areas you can improve.

Ideally, we are looking to recruit another DPS or two, such as a DK, WW, warlock, or mage.
We are also looking to bolster our healing team with a Holy Priest.
