We are a recently formed guild of longtime friends. We are looking for players already well-versed in their class who are sick of pugging every week. We provide full raid consumables to our raiders and all we expect is for players to bring their absolute full focus to fights, and not waste our time during our short 6 hour raid schedule.
Wasting our time includes but is not limited to:
>Ignoring the raid leader and/or raid mechanics
>Having a poor understanding of your class
>Having spotty raid attendance
>Not improving on a weekly basis
>Having an attitude that dejects other raiders
>Wanting to switch mains on a regular basis
