“Virtus” Guild

Virtus is currently recruiting all classes.

Raid schedule/attendance:
25-Man Raids.
Tue 7:45 PM Server time,
Thu 7:45 PM Server time,
Mon 7:45 PM Server time.

Sun 7:00 PM Server time is reserved for 10 man Progression.

We are looking for committed raiders. 80% attendance is required.

Our expectations:
*Brings consumables: flasks, potions and buff food (we have an abundance of fish feasts which cover that for most).
*Ventrilo
*Know the fights before pulling the boss. Research on your own, or ask in guild prior to the raid assembling for the evening.
*Raiding Addons: Omen and Deadly Boss Mods.
*Don't be bashful. Don't hesitate to share information, conjecture, or ask questions.
*Be able to handle situations like an adult and be able to laugh at yourself (because we will laugh at you and at ourselves). Our officers enforce a strict no drama policy. While we can be serious about progression, we are here to have fun making stuff dead and you should be too.


Loot:
Loot decisions are made by an officer loot council. We aim to be as fair as possible with loot distribution and contributing factors include raid attendance, previous loot received (we track loot distribution carefully), and competence. We expect you to research loot ahead of time and to know if an item is an upgrade before it drops. Priority is main spec, secondary spec and then off spec. Our primary goals with loot distribution are guild progression and reward for our raiders that put effort into raiding.
