“Eminence” Guild

Eminence is a dedicated raiding guild on Blackrock (US-PvP) with the majority of our players spreading across the Pacific Rim. We are a late-night raiding guild. Our raids are from 9pm PST until 1am PST, four nights a week. Loot is handled by DKP. We’re looking for exceptional players who can handle our raiding environment as well as keep up with our high raiding standards.

Raid Schedule:
Sunday - Wednesday 9 pm - 1am PST (4 hours a day, 4 days a week)

Expectations:
1) You keep up with current class mechanics and theory crafting.
2) You're on time for raids and ready to go with the most effective talent spec, optimal gems/enchants, and full consumables.
3) You maintain a 90% attendance rate at a minimum.
4) You do extensive research for every encounter and thoroughly understand the role that you play for each. We will not hand-hold or spoon-feed.
5) You put real effort into your application. Keep in mind that we only have your app, your armory, and WoL links to evaluate your potential admittance to the guild. Spend time checking spelling and grammar, as well as giving as much information on yourself as possible.

Do NOT apply if:

1) You do not have extensive raid experience.
2) You do not have a minimum at least 4piece Tier 10.0. (we can make exceptions, since gear is second only to skill)
3) You cannot react quickly and make fast decisions.
