“sixpack” Guild

Six Pack is the oldest raiding guild on Blackrock.

We are currently interested in:
Healers: Any class will be considered based on gear/experience and availability (and net connection!).
DPS: Preferred RANGED - Any classes will be considered based on gear/experience and availability.
Anything else - We are always looking for good quality players to add to our roster, so you will be considered regardless of class if you are a good player!

Raid times are Aussie based, Wednesday, Thursday, Sunday and Monday.

AEST - 8pm and concluding no later than midnight, usually finish up earlier.
GMT+8 - 5pm-9pm
Server (PST) - 2am-6am

We have a dedicated core and have been around since Vanilla WoW, the majority of the guild live in Australia with some OS members. Six Pack has survived both expansion transitions and can ensure a stable and long term home. We have seen almost every high end encounter in the game from Naxx40, to Sunwell and current content.
We are specifically looking for dedicated and skilled members prizing attitude and attendance above all else.

Exceptional applicants should feel free to apply, and those outside our requirements will be handled on a case by case basis but are strongly encouraged to apply.

Applicants should have sufficient gear to be effective in 25 man raids and should have a sound knowledge of their class. If your internet connection is dicey, your availability is uncertain, like standing in fire or you turn your character with your keyboard then we may not be what you are looking for.

We do expect our raiders to come with full consumables to every raid, research encounters, maintain good attendance and have the spirit to play your class to its highest potential. While we prize attitude and attendance above all else, skill not to stand in the fire is equally important.


Other requirements are:

- Have Vent with a headset and a microphone and you can speak clear English.
- Have gear suitable for current content (iLVL 251-264+ in most slots). Having said that experience, attitude and ability to fit in is generally prized above the gear requirement to some extent in most situations.
- Be able to tolerate a huge amount of racism, abuse, and Boomkins.
- Like to log on vent and socialise while not raiding.
- Experienced with current content, at least in 10 man.
- Must have precious' ribbon.
- Must not mind perry touching children.
- Sunstyle is better then you. Unless you can't admit to this you cannot join.
- Are 18 or older.


We also run several 10man icc and togc groups who regularly clear all content.

We use a loot council system, most people seem pretty happy with it and the raid generally agrees where loot should go to. DKP is not something we'll ever use.
