The Remedial Class is a guild made up of players with similar goals. Our plan is to form a solid 12 player base that will be focused on 10 man raids. We feel that raiding should be fun and not feel like a 2nd job, and the best way we found to accomplish this is to only raid 3-4 nights a week, 3 hours a night. Many of us have extensive experience in all content available, including 11/12 Heroic ICC 10 and 25m.

Anyone who thinks this guild is a good fit for them should contact us. We will see if there is anything we can do to make it work.

There is no need to keep track of dkp since we will only have 12 members. What we will do instead is a round robin of sorts to keep everything even. The most important thing is to have fun playing, since the loot will come in time. There will be basic rules though, such as armor proficiency priorities and MS > OS. If you are driven by gear, there is no need to contact us.

Players who are considering joining The Remedial Class need to be aware that even though this guild is small, we still expect a lot out of each member. The following should be read and understood before contacting us:

1)Knowledge of your class is a must. You need to know what spells you have, when to use them, and how to use them the most efficiently. We don’t want someone who doesn’t use survivability CD’s when they know heavy damage is inc, and we don’t want people that have no idea why spell X does more damage than spell Y.

2)Everyone makes mistakes; this is one thing we know for sure. What we want are players who can learn from their mistakes, and those made by other people. Nothing is more frustrating than wiping on a boss 25 times in a row due to each person making the same mistake once. If someone next to you dies from standing in the wrong place at the wrong time, you should be able to recognize that and not repeat it.

3)The raid leader will be responsible for knowing everyone's role in each encounter. However, all players are responsible for knowing their own role in each encounter, and understand the encounters as a whole. This simply means watching a video / reading a strat to better understand the mechanics of each fight.

If you think this guild is something you would like to be a part of, please contact Chilifan, Soconlime, or Emeey on Burning Blade (PvP)
