<Social Skills> is recruiting for endgame mythic raiding for WoD. The officers consist of players who have raided since Vanilla WoW and have experienced raiding at the top 10 level for content. We are looking for other like mind raiders who want a low hour raid schedule; however, want to progress at the same time.
Raiders are expected to come prepared with flasks, food, and knowledge of the fight at hand. There will be explanations, strategies discussed, and theorycrafting; however, there will not be any babying. It is ok to make a mistake from time to time, as we are human; however, continuous problems could lead to a loss in a raid spot. Drama falls under this as well. It will not be tolerated and will result in immediate removal from the guild without question. We are here to progress and have fun, not create more stress in our lives.
Even with short raid hours, you can expect guild members to still be on during other days for other content such as challenge modes, PvP, or even other games. We want people to play and enjoy the company of others. You can expect fun and jokes in raid; however, come boss/pull time, everyone will be expected to put on their game faces and focus.
