We here at Splintered Faction are a friendly, skilled and dedicated group of players who focused primarily on 25man end-game content from Vanilla until ICC and are currently progressing as 10man. We are a guild with a rich history and a very tight-knit group of core raiders.
We are looking for the following in our applicants:
Gear: gear, gems, enchants, glyphs, reputations, achievements, and professions that reflect a high level of dedication to raid performance and which are appropriate to the current tier of content.
Attendance: The ability to maintain 75% attendance of our raid times. Near 100% attendance is expected during your trial period. (approx. 20 hours of raiding)
Skill: Extensive knowledge of your class and the ability to successfully apply that knowledge in an end game environment. In other words, know how to play your class properly.
Raid Awareness: Raiding is hard, sometimes there is fire. You must be able to avoid or get out of the fire in a timely manner.
Preparedness: You are expected to come to raids prepared with all the necessary food and flasks and with advance knowledge of the boss encounters.
Attitude: The ability to be mature and accept constructive criticism.
LOOT SYSTEM
Loot is assigned using Loot Council, and based off of performance, attendance, and priority.
Cataclysm Raiding Schedule:
Tuesday 7pm-11pm server-time.
Thursday 7pm-11pm server-time.
Sunday 7pm-11pm server-time.
* potentially adding another 1 or 2 raid days for current progression.
Please note that extraordinary applications of any class will be evaluated. Do not hesitate to apply. We're looking for smart players first, classes second.
