“Edax Tempus Rerum” Guild

We r currently looking for sm1 to start a 2nd 10 man in our guild.

We r LF u random raid leader !!!! :)
Or we r looking to assimilate or just cooperate even with another 10 man or take in a partial 10 and fill in the blanks :).

Requirements for that player:

Must have experience leading raids, prepping for crafting strats for em also willing to look after ppl and make sure they r prepared :)/ in many cases that is what it takes to run a raid grp/. Being able and wanting to be on a lot :)

What we offer in exchange:

Help recruiting under the current progression :). Strats as much as we have em, help evaluating players. Leaving him to run his grp any way he/she likes w/o intervening in any manner in the grp's business.

We r currently running a good 10 man with a nice learning curve to it no qq and no progression quitters. If u feel u have a matching solid attendance and attitude pls contact me in game or through the built in recruit system for a fast response. We r a rly rly close to 100% attendance grp which keeps in touch outside of game for emergencies as that helps us organize better. We do expect that from u. We r very raid oriented as a guild, which means all guild means r used against gearing up and fast progression. We expect our raiders to know their class and be up to date with it at all times.

Raid times are:

6:00-10:30pm Wed, Sun, Mon PST ATM changing after the
8th of Dec to
6:00-10:30pm Tue, Thurs, Sun PST
