About Rival:
Rival at its core is focused on community, and was founded on two key principles; to foster players willing to learn, and eliminate toxicity. We are a relaxed, tight-knit guild composed of players from many different backgrounds who have come together with the goal of clearing content in a efficient and (mostly) mature environment. Rival was founded February 1st, 2018; about three months after the opening of Antorus the Burning Throne. Although we are a relatively new guild, our membership has raided together extensively over the last 14 months. Rival is welcoming of all players, regardless of skill level, though is currently recruiting players interested in pushing Mythic content.
Raiding:
Rival raids three days per week. We currently have a 2-day progression raid schedule on Tuesday and Thursday from 8:30PM to 11:30PM EST with farm being Saturday evening. For our progression raid team, it’s expected players are familiar with their class in two specializations minimum; or have a secondary class with similar gear level and competency. While we are looking for some specific classes, we are always willing to consider exceptional players of any class.
Keep in mind that we will trial players who are interested prior realm or guild transferring. In order to secure a place in our mythic roster, you must pass trials as well with be on the <US> realm of Dalaran. Trial runs will be coordinated with the raid lead and due to Blizzard’s “Hall of Fame” and limitations of cross-realm Mythic raiding, they will be done in Heroic.
