About Us: Our guild was established on December 21st, 2008.
We raided consistently all through Wrath and most of Cataclysm. The
guild then took a break during MOP until the end of WOD. We
maintained Top 20 on the Dalaran server each raid tier for Legion
and all of the raid tiers so far for BFA. Service With A Smile has
a community focus, and we love to do fun events in Discord as well
as events in game.
Recruitment for Shadowlands: Looking for 3 DPS members. We will work with any spec if you have the right personality and mindset.
Social/Casual/M+ Only Players: We are always accepting players who do not wish to raid, but want an active environment to make new friends, do dungeons with, or go one some transmog missions! We also host weekly RBG runs and an occasional movie/game night.
Alt Guild: Service After Hours We have an alt rule of one main character and three alts, to save space for new friends in the main guild, but additional alts are welcome to join our Alt Guild. Guild chat is linked between the two so you won't feel left out.
Schedule for Shadowlands:
Raid Team 1: Tuesdays and Wednesdays 7:45pm EST- 11pm EST
Guild Open Raids: Thursdays 7:45pm EST- 11pm EST
Requirements/Expectations:
We expect all raiders to know the encounters before stepping into the raid. We are not looking to carry people and expect raiders to bring their best when they show up to raid. This includes being properly gemmed and enchanted, having the right talents selected, and showing up with a positive, team attitude.
Attendance: While we expect you to attend your scheduled every week, we do understand that life happens. We ask that you post in our attendance channel for unexpected absences. Keep in mind there are many other players relying on you so a heads-up is most appreciated.
