Objective

We plan on being a true progression guild. We do not aim to carry players based purely out of loyalty or friendship, not to say we do not aim to have a friendly atmosphere in our guild. Players will be given a fair shot at earning a raid spot and must continually prove themselves in both commitment and skill in order to achieve said position.
History
---------
High Caliber is a 10 man guild created on May 31, 2011. Our leadership comes from a background of being in top World and US guilds at multiple points in the history of the game. Since the guild's inception, High Caliber has quickly become one of the top guilds on Darkspear, holding multiple server firsts in Tier 12.

What We Are Looking For
------------------------------
A guild focused on progression requires dedicated raiders who are able to benefit the guild without holding the rest of the team back. With that said, players are expected to understand their class fully, and be optimized for maximum efficiency. We're looking for players who understand the metagame for not only their own class, but for other classes. Players that can understand the balance required within a raid environment to complete content. Players should utilize outside resources to meet these requirements, and understand the tools available to them.
We are always taking applications from exceptional players as we greatly enjoy competition amongst our raiders. Please check the "Recruitment Status" on our website to view immediate openings in our raiding roster.
