“Impulse” Guild

About Us:

Impulse was formed shortly after Dragon Soul was released, and since then we have been recruiting players to become a competitive raiding guild in Mists of Pandaria. We come from a large amount of competitive raiding from the past including top US 50 players in WoW and World first players from EQ2. We have the drive and desire to become one of the premier raiding guilds in the future. While we focus primarily on PvE we do have avid PvPers who are gladiator quality and we do intend on housing competitive Rated BGs and Arena teams.

Raiding:

We currently have a 3-4 day raid schedule which consists of Tuesday, Thursday and Sundays with Mondays as our optional day if content needs to be cleared out. When MoP hits we do have every intention on adding a few days until needed. Our times of raid are 10pm EST to 1am EST. We do schedule raids on PTR and beta (assuming people have access) to ensure we are on the cutting edge of content every tier.

We will be providing Enchanting mats, Gems, Food and Flasks for every raid in the future, as well as guild repairs for progression content.

Loot:

We use an officer ran loot council which is decided off of performance, attendance, and dedication. We do this to ensure the loot is spread in a way that the guild as whole benefits the most out of it. Rare mounts are distributed off of the same concept with longevity also taken into effect. However with rare mounts we do intend on farming them until the entire raid has acquired one.

All spots within the raid will be competitive, if you can not live up to our standards, someone else will, and they will take your spot. We encourage people to note on their applications if they wish to be part of the bench or not, we do recruit part time raiders.
