“Monolith” Guild

<Monolith> is a highly skilled guild formed from cross-server PUG raid core members back in WOD that wanted something more, to take their play-styles to the next level and focus on Mythic raid content. As GM and prior Raid Lead we have created something more, to take our members to the next level, and thus <Monolith> was born. <Monolith> is primarily an end game Mythic Raid content guild that was created specifically on Deathwing-US, a medium population PvP server with a few other mythic guilds to create a competitive name for itself and to be mostly removed from the drama of larger servers. <Monolith> is a guild founded upon three basic principles: Teamwork, Communication, and Consistency and is a strong, centralized, iconic family of close-knit members.

<Monolith> adheres to a consistent semi-hard-core raid schedule three days a week on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday with times being 8:30pm PST – 11:30pm PST with invites going out 30 minutes before the scheduled raid start times. Interested trials for new members last 1 full week and new members must attend all 3 raid nights on time for their first week to be considered for raid core status. <Monolith> strongly stresses mechanics over DPS and repetitive deaths or poor mechanics will not be tolerated. <Monolith> is always looking to add new, skilled members to it’s roster and ideal candidates will posses exceptional listening skills, will be well versed on mechanics, and will strive to consistently improve their play-style. <Monolith> has a private Discord server that is 100% required by all members during raid times without exception. <Monolith> is currently 7/7 heroic and is recruiting new members to begin mythic progressio although casual members are also accepted.

A little about your GM, Vorash (Protection Warrior):
Originally from the US-Horde Illidan server from day 1 for the first 7 years of the game when he mained an Undead Rogue in the guild <Angry>. After Cataclysm came out, Vorash took a break from the game for a couple years before returning half-way through the Mists of Pandaria expansion on his Protection warrior in order to more efficiently lead raids and ensue better raid lead communication. Anyone who has run with Vorash in a raid knows that his raids are successful because, he is straightforward, fair, honest, and excels in fight explanations and communication. Everything <Monolith> stands for, is centralized on his trusted family of guild members to take them to the next level.
