RECRUITMENT

<Pixelated> Deathwing, 10/11M Antorus, 9/9M ToS, 10/10M NH, 3/3M ToV, 7/7M EN Horde Guild
Recruiting: Any exceptional dps for core positions, especially looking for a warlock and boomkin, with room for another skilled melee of almost any class.

Raid times: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, 6:30pm to 10:30pm PST

<Pixelated> is a semi-hardcore 20-man mythic raiding guild on US-Deathwing, currently progressing Mythic Antorus and recruiting exceptional dps for immediate core raiding positions.

We're currently progressing mythic Argus, with an extended lockout, so you would either need to trial directly in progression or in our optional alt/titanforged content on Sundays. We will take past logs into consideration, preferably for the class on which you are applying (but that is not strictly necessary), when deciding who to accept as a trial.

Our raiding times are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, 6:30pm to 10:30pm PST (US-Deathwing server time, which is Pacific time). In addition to our raiding schedule we also do optional Sunday content varying week to week including in the past normal raid clears, mythic+ groups, achievement runs, legendary farms, and more. For now, we are mostly doing Antorus farm clears for titanforged chances on Sunday nights. We allow alts into the Sunday farm runs but if a major titanforged drops, it obviously goes to someone on their main.

We describe ourselves as "semi-hardcore." We take raiding seriously and expect people to put in effort outside of raid to learn the fights and do any necessary pre-raid gearing. Our primary goal as a raid group is to complete all content before the next tier comes out and acquire the associated cutting edge achievements and to the best of our ability we like to maintain a cooperative and welcoming environment for raiders. The guild is full of helpful people possessing a variety of professions to help people get things started, and we also run guild groups for mythic+ dungeons. In the past, we’ve had very active, competitive challenge mode teams; maintained a successful alt raid; sold dozens of mythic carries to amass gold for the guild and its members; and scheduled achievement runs and even transmog farm. These are all optional activities, but they showcase how active many of our members are, creating a good community of players both on WoW and in other games like Diablo, HotS, and Overwatch. Some members pvp regularly, although that has never been our focus as a guild. Our raiders come from a variety of backgrounds and age groups, but we expect everyone to be generally respectful and friendly. We have a reputation for professionalism on our server and intend to keep it.

Loot is distributed via a loot council and the RC Loot Council addon. Raiders are expected to have RC Loot Council in order to quickly and easily inform the council of their interest in an item.

We use Discord for our communication purposes and we expect all guild members to be able to connect, listen, and speak when vital for raid utility.

<PIXELATED> RAIDING HISTORY

The guild formed in late Cataclysm but really found its feet at the end of MoP. Prior to WoD we were a 10-man guild, and despite some growing pains we made the jump to mythic raiding and currently prefer to maintain a roster of around 24 people. We do not consider anyone to be a “bench” player; rather, we rotate people in and out for fights based on gearing needs and the mechanical requirements of each boss.
