We are a semi hard core raiding guild. Which means we understand
our members have a life outside of WoW, however we expect
performance while raiding. Attendance is required for 25 mans which
are Monday-Thursday 6-9:30 pm server time during
progression.(Monday off currently)
We use loot council with a priority to attendance, willingness to stay entire raid/swap out when requested, performance and upgrades to the individuals, feel free to ask our members about our system. Loot related drama has been pretty much non-existent, and we plan on keeping it that way.
If you don't research your class, and attempt to push every ounce out of it at all times (not just on progression fights), please do not apply.
If you don't feel the need to listen or attempt a new strategy, please do not apply.
If however you feel you can add value to our raid, while having fun and adding zero drama, please DO apply.
