“Perseverance” Guild

Its always intimidating for a new person to join a guild and understand what it is about and how the community works. So if your applying for the guild what exactly are you in for?

History
Perseverence is an offshoot of The Venerable Brotherhood. We started up in Shadowbane oh so many years ago and we currently play World of Warcraft. We have always had a community first policy and place a strong empahasis on our in game "family". We believe in standing by each other, helping each other, and general solidarity. This doesn't mean we don't disagree from time to time, but like family, when push comes to shove we get each other's backs.

Community
Our main emphasis is on "respect" and "family". We expect you to contribute to the guild by helping each other; be it by leveling, instance running, materials, or some good ole PvP. We expect members to be respectful at all times. This doesn't mean that you can't tease a little or goof off, but it does mean that when someone has a problem or someone is getting upset its time to get serious. We prefer a fun filled, casual atmosphere, so try and keep it that way.

Raiding
Raiding is the enviroment where "casual" and "fun" cease to get along with each other. While you may find that Perseverence has a more laid back attitude than some, we expect a certain level of professionalism in a raid. When you are in a raid you have become an intergral part in many of your guildmates ability to enjoy the game. This means that laziness is not something we tolerate. You will be expected to gear up, to learn your class, and to come prepared on days you sign up. We are more than flexible and we will work with you. Expectations are high though.
