What we can offer you:
Longevity and Security: Paradigm has been here for over 5 years and we are recruiting for core positions.

Decisive Leadership: We run a clean raid and ask for perfection. We do not single people out for one-time mistakes, but we do notice almost everything, and any criticism we give out is truly constructive and never personal. Our guild leadership believes strongly in respect and commitment to its membership.

Theory-crafting: Our members are expected to be on top of changes (both publicized and stealth) and class/boss mechanics.

Some of our accomplishments include: Realm First Blackwing's Bane, Realm First of the Four Winds, Realm First Sinestra, US 152 25M Nefarian Heroic Kill, US 148 25M Heroic V&T Kill, US 163 25M Heroic ODS Kill, US 129 25M Heroic Halion Kill, multiple top 100 WoL parses by members on progression content in T11 and T12 on both normal and heroic modes.

Raiding Atmosphere: We are primarily a 21 year old and up guild although we do not have strict age requirements. We have mature players who like to have mature fun. We respect each other and handle mistakes professionally. We laugh and make jokes on farm content and give 100% focus and performance on all fights all the time. Members constantly are pushing themselves to up their throughput and increase their performance.

Raiding Materials and Guild Contributions: All potions, feasts, flasks, repairs, and gear enhancements (enchanting mats, gems, etc) are provided for by generous contributions from guild members on their own time.

What we expect from you:
Application process: Our application process is very interactive and thorough, and involves input from the entire guild. Once you apply using this link: Recruitment you will be contacted within the application with questions and a possible follow up vent interview. Your application will never be public. We look at the total package of gear, raid experience, skill as demonstrated through parses in both throughput and dmg/mechanic avoidance, and last but not least, personality and attitude.

Membership: We are looking for dedicated raiders and contributors who want to join a team and will do whatever is necessary to down bosses. You will need 85% attendance to gain veteran status in addition to stellar performance and attitude.

Drama: NO DRAMA - EVER. We don't tolerate people who can't play nice with others or feel the need to create problems. We have rules and those rules are for everyone, whether they be 4-year members or first day recruits. There's a reason why we've been around as long as we have and why, when we lose members, over 85% of the time it's due to IRL circumstances or plain old game burn-out. Our leadership strives to make your experience positive and fun and to be the last guild you'll ever want to join.
