<The Crew> is a PvP / PvE guild on US Emerald Dream (RPPvP) Alliance. At our core is a group of tight-knit friends with the goal of achieving hardcore-focused raid progression on a casual, life-friendly raiding schedule.

We are also, at our heart a guild of PvPers, having achieved the highest ranks in Arena and RBG, as well as starting trouble on the most active WPvP server in NA.

Our goal for raiding in Legion is set to obtaining Ahead of the Curve achievements for clearing Heroic content in each tier of raid, and building our roster to take on Mythic.

Our ideal recruit is a skilled player that is able to not only perform to the highest ability of their class, but also identify personal mistakes and make improvements between pulls. High rated PvP experience is also a HUGE plus. All exceptional applicants are welcome to apply.

We are currently looking for all, With the highest priority on finding a Resto Shaman. All applications will be considered regardless of progression or class/spec, as long as you have past experience/logs to demonstrate exceptional performance. Attendance will not be mandatory, but if you prove yourself unreliable you are prone to lose your raid spot and guild membership.

A stable internet connection and a reliable computer are mandatory You must have a working headset, microphone and vocal chords. Must not be easily offended, and able to deal with adult humor. We do not have a minimum age, but the majority of us range from mid 20's to mid 30's

Loot is distributed by a loose loot council. What this means is that as a group, we are capable of determining who would receive the biggest upgrade from an item, and depending on things like attendance, attitude, and performance, we give it to them. We are super chill and care more about progressing as a group and helping each other out than growing our ilvl.
