Recruiting (outdated):
APPLICATION GUIDELINES - please read before posting.

What do we expect from you? While we share knowledge and help each other become better, we are not here to babysit you or hold your hand. You are expected to know statistics and traits of your class, how said traits apply to raid combat, and how you can best implement them. In other terms, you better know as much as we do about our classes, hopefully more (we always want to improve too!). Showing up to raid with any and all consumables which may benefit your character is a bare minimum. We expect our applicants and members to double pot every pull, clear trash efficiently, be well versed in their off-spec role, use any in game consumables which improve performance, and be willing to switch specs for any encounter on the turn of a dime. If you cannot accomplish the above-stated, we do not want you.

What can we offer you? Drama free happy fun loving environment. We might not be as hardcore as we would like to be but we still manage to go in and kill/farm progression bosses in current tier of content. EPGP equal effort loot system. Free guild repairs at the higher guild ranks determined by EPGP. Free flasks and consumables at higher guild rank members.

Before posting an application for a Raider Position, please ensure that you meet ALL of the following:
•Viable raid professions
•Maxed reputations for raiding (Shoulder / Helm Enchants)
•Correct gemming / enchanting
•Correct glyphing / talent spec for what you are trying to accomplish in your raid
•Experience with hard mode encounters, and/or the most difficult encounters the current tier offers
•If you have all of the above, then gear should not be an issue
•Be able to attend the majority of raids:
7:00pm to 11:00pm Server Time (EST) on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
•Be willing to use Ventrilo for both listening and speaking. If you don't speak and communicate properly when appropriate during raids then do not apply.
•You should have a computer than can handle raid instances and an internet connection that is not terrible. You should also have a reasonable user interface. If you disconnect very often on every fight do not apply.
•Be appropriately geared for entering our raid level. This will vary from tier to tier and hard modes.
•Read the Guild Guidelines/Information Post and be willing to accept them. We run EPGP for our loot system which is listed under information and will require you to download extra add-ons.
If you are not able to meet ANY of the above requirements MAKE SURE you state so (and why) in your app. This is mainly for social members.

Our current recruitment needs are summarized on the Home Page, although strong, experienced players are encouraged to apply and will always be considered.

Lastly, keep in mind that when applying for a raider position, you will be expected to prove that you know your class very thoroughly, so be prepared to answer any questions our members may throw at you. We will point out your flaws, solely for the sake of improving not only our own, but your end game experience. Yes, we will critique you if you are not up to date what the encounter demands, but believe it or not, it is in your best interest. How you handle these questions weighs heavily into the Officers' decision to give you a shot or not.

If you are considering transferring here from a different server, then time-permitting, a Ventrilo interview may be scheduled with the officers, relevant class leader, and you. This is simply to take an extra measure to ensure that Drama is the right guild for you before going through the expense of transferring.

If becoming a member of this guild is important to you, put some time into your application. It is in your best interest to go above and beyond the bare minimum. Keep in mind that your application might be the only impression we have of you - make it a good one!

If you have further questions, please contact Trînîty (the î=”alt + 0238), Frozenrage, or Nims in-game, ask them in your application, or post to the Q & A forum.
