About Essence:
-Essence is a PvE 25 Man Raiding guild on the US-Fenris realm.
-We are a progression minded guild looking to experience end game content, without allowing the game to control our lives.
-Our raid hours are short in comparison to hardcore guilds only raiding 12 Hrs/Week but in that time, we accomplish a lot clearing progression content on a weekly basis.
-Our raid atmosphere is relaxed, but with the mindset of completing our tasks whether its farm or hard-modes.
-We use EPGP with a small splash of Loot Council.
What We Are Looking For:
-Exceptional raiders who know their own class including all current theorycrafting. Applicants are expected to be properly specced, gemmed, and glyphed, as well as have appropriate item level gear for our progression content.
-Applicants are expected to research game mechanics before a new encounter. Additionally, applicants are required to use 3 mods: a boss mod, threat meter, and EPGP lootmaster.
-Most importantly, we want players with good raid awareness, a good personality, and someone who doesn’t shy away from dialogue on Ventrilo.
