About us
Trample formed at the release of The Burning Crusade and focuses on tackling endgame content. We raid on a schedule that respects the needs of adult raiders and maintain a small, efficient roster. Our members range in age from 20-40 with a variety of personalities and backgrounds, and good candidates will be able to mesh well with this environment.

Progression
We have successfully cleared all content released since The Burning Crusade, including pre-3.0 Kil'jaeden, have cleared Ulduar, and are currently working on 25-man Ulduar and ToC hard-mode encounters during official raids. We also have 10-man groups progressing through hard-mode content on off-nights and weekends.

Loot and Attendance
Trample uses a zero-sum DKP system with fixed item costs for official 25-man raid content, with an 80% minimum attendance requirement for loot eligibility. We distribute offspec gear for free to use in alternate raid roles (i.e. DPS warrior awarded tanking gear, etc.). DKP and attendance credit are awarded to all members that are online and available to raid.

Attendance is taken hourly each raid night, and is tracked for six weeks. Members who have vacations or other obligations may drop below 80% attendance, but will not have priority for loot until their attendance has once again hit 80%. Members are not penalized for occasional absences, however they are expected to post any scheduled absences ahead of time.

Expectations
Applicants should have a focus on continual improvement at the individual and raid level, and be able to use appropriate resources to research their class and raid role.
