No Life

As our raid team continues progression through Tomb of Sargeras and content starts to become more challenging, we believe it’s a good time to take a moment and reflect upon our guild tenets.
Who are we? What are we working towards? How will we get there?
Understanding the answer to these questions will help ensure we’re all on the same page and maximize our potential to work well together as a team. If you would like to discuss, please reach out to anyone in leadership (guild master / officers /advisors) and we will be happy to hear your thoughts. Most importantly, NOBODY is above the law. These rules apply to everybody equally -from tryouts to leadership.

Guild Mission (who are we?)
No Life is a semi‐hardcore guild that raids 2‐3 days a week and above all else, seeks to have fun.

What differentiates us is:

Longevity

we have been around since early Vanilla and many of the players from that era are still in‐guild.

Skill

we clear through heroic tiers in a timely fashion and push into mythic content. Many of our core members rank highly in a variety of content – WarcraftLogs parses, Mythic +, pet battles, achievement points, etc.

Understanding

most of us are working adults (some with families), and we accommodate those who need to keep their schedules flexible due to real life commitments as long as those needs
are communicated in a responsible manner. Additionally, we have a zero tolerance policy with regards to homophobic and racial slurs. Depending on the severity, violation of this can result in demotions or expulsions from the guild.

Guild Goals (what are we working towards?)

No Life considers itself a semi‐hardcore guild, and as such has two goals: Completion of heroic raiding content prior to the release of the next tier (i.e.earning “Ahead of the Curve”).

Progression through the highest possible raiding content as far as our top‐performing raiders allows. Guild Expectations (how will we get there?) •
No Life has two tracks for progression through heroic and mythic raiding content, due to the variance in difficulty and existence of a 20‐player cap for mythic

Heroic: invitations for raid will be sent based on performance and attendance history. If you are unable to attend the full duration of the scheduled raid, then your invitation will be sent on a case‐by‐case basis. During heroic progression, if your performance does not meet an HPS or DPS benchmark for a particular fight, you may be asked to sit. You will still have the opportunity to show case your performance in two ways on encounters that are on “farm” (i.e. fights that the raid group as no difficulty completing) and in Mythic+ runs with the guild.

Mythic: invitations for raid will be sent with stricter performance benchmarks than heroic, and the composition will be 2 tanks, 4‐5 healers, and 14‐15 DPS. This means there are 20 raid spots. If you are unable to attend the full duration of the scheduled raid, then your invitation will be sent on a case‐by‐ case basis. Also, if you do not get an invitation on a particular
week due to performance, do not become discouraged! Simply showcase your performance on the heroic raid for the week and leadership will re‐evaluate your invitation eligibility. individuals may be asked to sit on certain fights based on
encounter‐specific needs in order to continue progression.

No Life has three main categories of raiders: tryout, member, and raider. Raiders will have priority on invitations, loot rolls, and a daily stipend for repairs. Members have secondary priority on invitations/loot, and tryouts have
tertiary priority. Promotions to member/raider are contingent upon attendance and performance based on
appraisals (and vote) by guild leadership 3 weeks(at a minimum) after initiating their push for promotion.

Our raid times are as follows:

-Tuesday 830-1130 server

-Wednesday 830-1130 server

-Friday 9-1130 server

-We also have an optional normal run on thursday

We are currently in need of the following roles:

-Tanks (Bears are a high priority, but getting a solid tank is much more important)

-Heals (Anything but a resto shaman)

However, we always need strong dps and healers, so apply if you're interested!

If you're interested in applying, message one of our officers:

- Hurogg (Sam#26870, usually on from 6am-1am est)

- Dreddful (Matrok#1135, usually on in the afternoon to night)

- Jaeric

- Trysta

- Daergor

-Xsjado
