About Us:
Red Wolves is a social raiding guild aiming for a fun and respectful environment. Our main goal is high end raiding, but we also touch other aspects of the game for the more casual type, like Achievements, PvE, Questing/Leveling, Casual/Unrated PvP, etc.

Legion Raid times:
Tuesday and Thursday
7-11pm Eastern (server) Time

Our Raiding Mentality:
While we do like to have fun, our main goal is to progress and kill bosses (after all, if bosses are dying, then we’re probably having fun!). So to make that happen, there’s a few things we require from our raiders.

Whether you’re an experienced raider, or a new player, if you just can’t seem to pull good numbers or master certain mechanics, we’re going to do our best to help you solve whatever issue you’re having. THAT MEANS YOU MUST BE WILLING TO TAKE HELP AND BE OPEN TO CRITICISM. We need people in order to have a raid group, so simply saying “YOU SUCK” and kicking someone doesn't accomplish much except making us look like assholes - and we have a strict No Asshole policy.

On that note, if any member is under criticism, we expect all other members to be respectful. NEVER BELITTLE OR PUT DOWN YOUR FELLOW RAIDERS. Anytime anyone is being criticised, it should never feel like a personal attack. It is simply a problem being addressed and fixed so we can kill that darn boss! If we invest time into correcting mistakes early, we’ll spend less time wiping to the same thing! Constantly challenging each other to stay on track and improve, will only help the group get better and farther.

If there is ever a time when attempting to help a member address or solve a specific problem is causing too much down time during raid or THERE HAS BEEN NO IMPROVEMENTS AFTER HELP HAS BEEN OFFERED, THAT PERSON MAY BE REMOVED FROM THE GROUP FOR THE TIME BEING. But that never means they can’t come back! We often send those members on their way with a “see me after raid” note. That way we can have all the time in the world to find out what’s going on and we can work with them outside of raid to get up to speed and back in group for the next kill!

In order to communicate effectively during boss fights, WE REQUIRE ALL RAIDERS TO BE IN VENT (Ventrilo). Having and being willing to use a working microphone is of course recommended, but not always required. Being able to hear callouts is the important part of keeping everyone on the same page.

*Show up, have fun, put in effort, and don't be an asshole! 😆*
