“Serious Face” Guild

Time Schedule:
Serious Face works on a 3 raid day schedule. Consisting of Tuesday, Wednesday, and Sunday. Raids go from 9:00 P.M. EST until 1:00 A.M. EST. During progression we raid all three days, during farm content however it usually consists of 1-2 days. Working with only a 3 day raid schedule our raids are kept at a very high pace, where we focus on being productive every minute of the raid rather than adding extra raid days on to our schedule.

What we're looking for in our applicants:
Don't let the guild name fool you, we might be called Serious Face, but our guild name is truthfully an oxymoron. We love to raid, and we love to have fun doing it. Our guild consists of a group of highly skilled players who joke around and have fun, but know how to get things done. With that being said we are looking for mature competitive players whose end goal is not to get that fresh piece of 277, but rather see that 103 million health bar go from full to empty. If you're a drama queen this is not the place for you, our members have known to be "Rude" and are very out spoken.

Applicants are expected to have a stable internet connection, as well as a computer that can see a shadow trap before you send the raid on an unscheduled flight. Ventrilo is a must, as is a working microphone, all raiders need to be able to communicate with one another. 90% raid attendance is a must, each member of our guild has a life outside of this game, and when people don't show up you disrespect the 24 other members and waste their time. Serious Face tends to keep a very tight core ensuring that every member has a raiding slot.

In summary were looking for mature young adults that are willing to put forth the effort to contribute in to what I like to refer to as an ever growing entity. Progression in World of Warcraft has and always will be about a raids ability to adapt to fight mechanics and learn through trial and error. How fast a guild responds to these challenges, is what determines its success rate. As a player of this game I've come to understand that anyone can dps or heal or stationary target, what we want are players that can adapt quickly and think on the run based on situational awareness while maintaining maximum performance.
