“Staff In Your Eye” Guild

About US:
<Staff IN Your Eye>, simply put is a guild based upon the idea of success and "endurance". We'll spare you the details and sum it up as such:

<Staff IN Your Eye>’s general approach is to put execution and solid strategy over pure man hours. We have lives outside of the game, so efficiency and learning something with every attempt are of importance to everyone. If you are not capable of executing a given strategy perfectly or playing your character consistently well, think hard before applying.

With that said, any addition to the raid team must be interested in thinking about strategy and optimizing each boss fight. A sloppy kill is OK the first time around, but may be a sign of a strategy needing some work. Finally, this is not a guild for drama. If your motivation to play the game is creating drama with guild mates, please do not apply. This includes excessive/tasteless trolling.

Loot Stuff:
Loot in WoD raids will be 1 MS till all receive, then repeat.

Our Future as a Guild:
Our goal is to form a solid, cohesive unit with the same mindset regarding progression: While we don't raid five or seven days a week. We do put time into our raids and expect people to do the same when applying. With the 20m group, it will be even more important to have trust.


Side Note:
If you are applying or interested you should know a few things. If you can not handle being questioned or critiqued, do not apply.

Other Information:
Our raid days and times are:
10M Prog: Wed/Thurs/Fri/Sun 930pm-midnight(CT).
**During prog though we can either add a day or add extra time pending kills etc.**
Flex Raids: Tues/Sat/Mon 930-midnight(CT).
