Delusions of Grandeur are currently recruiting for their raiding
team. We are aiming to get in to mythic content
Who we are
As a group, we are mature (yes that means a bit older), focused, reliable and competitive. And this is what we will want in you.
We understand the stresses of real life and that 'stuff happens' but we are looking for a commitment from our crew as we do not want to recruit heavily. We believe that knowing your raid mates, helps the team performance and that consistency is important.
We want raid success. We believe that hard work, preparing for new content and getting the most out of your toon, leads to an enjoyable raid environment which in turn, supports raid success.
We are an Australian based guild whose raid times are currently Sun, Mon amd Wed commencing at 8.15pm server for invites and wrapping up around 11.30pm server time, we do occasionally ask raiders to put in extra raid time but these are normally few and far between.
In the spirit of being open - we do analyse logs and watch raid performance. We have open discussion regarding potential strategies and issues and we encourage people taking part. Wanting success means we need to look at ourselves regularly.
Our Recruiting is currently open to dps classes, we would give preference to people who also have a strong 2nd spec that would allow them to be a back up tank or healer on occassion
