“Hard Casual” Guild

<Hard Casual> has returned for Dragonflight. A more complete update to this will come, but for now just a casual Normal/Heroic flex raid guild.

Current raids are
Thursday/Friday 8-11pm EST



Started in late Cataclysm, <Hard Casual> started out as a group of friends just casually playing together. Since then we have grown to become a larger group set to raid at the top of the server.

Structure of the guild:

Loot: EPGP
Raids: Tues,Wed,Thurs 8-11pm EST (Monday > Tuesday until Feb 17th)
Consumables: Currently provided, assistance filling the bank is something we will be working on as a group.

History of leaders: Many of our leaders have been playing since vanilla and have been doing great things ever since. Many of us have previously lead top tier guilds and always strive for the best.

**What we expect from you**
At this point in the game, it is expected that you at the very least to be properly gemmed and enchanted and to know your rotation.

We are one of the guilds that prioritizes quality over quantity, we only raid 9 hours a week (3 nights X 3 hours). Because of this short raid schedule it is very important that players show up on time and focus for the full duration of the raid to maximize progression.

Above that, we are not looking for people who log on just to raid and not for anything else. We are still a big group of friends who enjoy most aspects of the game together. There will be farm nights to fill the gbank, guild pvp, or other such nonsense going on on offnights. If you are looking to just be a raider and not a part of our group...well apply anyway and maybe we can change that!

**Recruitment Notice**
Classes marked as "High" are class/specs that we currently have 0-1 of in our raid team and need one asap.

Classes marked as "Medium" are class/spec that we currently have at least 1 of already, but have room for another to flush out our roster or to replace players who would like to step down.
