ARE YOU RIGHT FOR BODIES:
As a guild we don’t like carrying people. If you believe that Blizzard created a friend's list for a reason, and that guilds are for progression then we are right for you. If you are tired of being one of the 3 or 4 best players in your current guild and having to carry everyone else then we are right for you.

If you are bad at your class we will do our best to explain what we need from you and give you a chance to step up your performance. If you cannot do so we will look for your replacement and show you the door.

ABOUT US:
We are a very dedicated group of raiders. We left our former raiding guild that was 11/12 for several weeks. We left due to the feeling that certain members of the guild had different ideas on how to be successful. We chose to start over with the handpicked members of the guild that we knew could handle the change in attitude that was necessary for us to push farther into WotLK content. The members of our guild have successfully cleared all content of Vanilla, BC, and WoTLK. We believe in showing up on time, researching our classes, researching the fights, and accomplishing a lot while still having time to have a real life. All of our members are 18+ with almost all of us having full time jobs. We are a mature player base who likes to have fun while focusing on progression.

LOOT:
We handle loot through a very open and fair loot council. The loot council is made up of the GM (Lynxz) and 2 officers. We will rotate 2 different Core Raiders through the loot council every week. Any member of the loot council that puts in for an item will not be allowed the opportunity to contribute to the discussion for that item. Loot is handed out based on attendance/performance/attitude. Show up, do your best, and be positive and you will receive a lot of gear. If you fail to perform and wonder why you aren’t receiving loot the odds are your about to be shown the door.

REQUIREMENTS:

Applicants must...
- Be Geared for the current level of content, or within reason.
- Be 18 or older and in control of their own schedule.
- Be GOOD at your jobs and be willing to take criticism and advice.
- Be willing to attend 90%+ of raids. The vast majority of our member are at 90%+ lifetime attendance.
- Be willing to provide your own raid mats
- Be willing to participate in both 25 and 10 man instances and achievements.
- We do ask you have a good understanding of the fights before applying.
