Grey Parses is a Cutting Edge raiding guild on Hyjal-US. It has been a stable and hard-working community for the past 5 years, achieving CE for 5 straight tiers. We have a culture of fun and respect, and we never berate our players. We are a diverse collective of people (21+). We have college students, rising professional in various fields of work, and boomers who keep all the zoomers in line. Grey Parses could be the place for you if you value a competitive, progression-focused atmosphere while still having fun!

Raid Times: 8 PM - 11 PM PST (11 PM - 2 AM EST)

Raid Days: Tues/Wed/Thurs

We adhere to a strict raid schedule with only a few exceptions. We may go over time in order to get a boss kill within reason, under officer discretion, but this does not happen often. We don't require our raiders to have an alt character, but if you're someone who can handle multiple roles or specs, we will take that under advisement - subject to the discretion of our officers.

Our guild places great emphasis on raid progress and achievement. We provide a stable and consistent environment that enables you to participate in end-game content while still enjoying the process. We're searching for individuals who can perform at a competitive level while still prioritizing and executing mechanics in any boss fight. We aren't interested in people who just do the bare minimum to earn a spot in the raid. We value constructive criticism and foster open communication between our officers, raiders, and trials, whether it's by discussing performance through logs or ensuring everyone is on the same page. We're seeking people with a competitive drive to excel in their gameplay by conducting research and practicing due diligence, being proactive with solutions or suggestions in encounters, and staying current with theorycrafting.

We view loot as a valuable resource that we distribute to achieve the best results for our guild. Our objective is to prioritize what's best for the guild through the collective efforts of all members. We don't tolerate players who prioritize their own interests over the guild's. Our community has established a long-standing camaraderie among current and former members. Even when we aren't slaying bosses together, our guild bonds through playing other games such as Path of Exile, League, Diablo, and many others!
