Shock is a hardcore casual raiding guild on the Icecrown (PVE) server. We strive to maximize our time and conquer new content during our 9 hour raid week. Characterized by starting and ending promptly, our raids have a businesslike feel where efficiency is a chief concern. We maintain a friendly, helpful atmosphere and hold each other accountable to a high level of execution. Raid times are focused on 10 man raid content including achievements and hard modes. PvP, heroics, and other events are done on our off nights.

Raid Schedule (Icecrown is a Mountain Time server)
Tuesday: 7pm-10pm server time (9pm-12pm EST/6pm-9pm PDT)
Wednesday: 7pm-10pm server time (9pm-12pm EST/6pm-9pm PDT)
Sunday: 7pm-10pm server time (9pm-12pm EST/6pm-9pm PDT)
Expectations
Active Raiders must attend 75% of raids to maintain Active Raider status. Active status will be calculated weekly on a 4 weeks (12 raids) rolling average. Flasks, food, and potions will be provided to Active Raiders and Recruits by the Guild Bank. We expect all members of the core raid group to have working knowledge of current content, and prepare themselves by watching videos and strategies for progression and upcoming content.
Loot
Shock assigns loot from raids via a Loot Council System. Officers take into account performance, attendance, upgrade, past loot, and vote on who they believe deserves the loot most.
