Actively recruiting for Shadowlands.

Newly formed guild, comprised of mythic raiders from previous tiers. We are a casual-competitive guild. We are casual in terms of the amount of hours we plan to commit to weekly progression (6-9), but we are competitive in our expectations. It is expected that raiders in this be capable of handling respectful and constructive criticism. Incapable egos shouldn't bother applying.

We welcome more casual players, socials, PvP and mythic+ players alike. Our guild supports a wide range of abilities and accomplishments in and outside of the game.

Ultimately, the goal of this guild is to establish a network of players to make Shadowlands a more enjoyable experience while pushing for CE.

Raid Rules:
We pull at the determined raid time. People who are consistently late are disrespecting the group's time and will be called out. If this is habitual, your spot will be replaced. Disrespect of any kind will not be tolerated. Although constructive critiques are a natural part of progression raiding, personal attacks will not be tolerated. Beyond that, everyone is expected to have fun, demonstrate motivation to improve and help others.

Loot Rules:
BoEs dropped during early progression are guild property. The person who drops the item has first priority to equip. If the item is not equipped, it should be traded to an officer/gm to determine its best use for the guild.
