“Late Shift” Guild

<Late Shift> 12/12M Ny, is a Mythic-Casual guild that has been together since 2015. We call ourselves "Mythic-casual" in the sense that we take raiding seriously and are progression minded but don't approach it with a "do or die" attitude. We don't have raid leaders or officers who scream and berate the raid team for mistakes or require our members to have an army of alts on deck just to kill certain bosses. Our goal is to clear the current content and achieve cutting edge by the end of each raid tier without breaking our necks or burning ourselves out in the process.

We progression raid 11pm-2am CT Tues/Wed. We are looking for talented players who know their classes well, come prepared with a good knowledge of the encounters, have flasks/food/pots and can maintain high performance in a mythic raid environment from start to finish. Raiders should be able to have as close to 100% raid attendance as possible,(consistency is key), and have a "guild/team first" mindset.

Applicants should have a minimum of 6/12M and have logs to show for it.

We are interested all classes/specs with a focus on Warlocks at the moment.
