About Us:
    <Metempsychosis> is a semi-hardcore progression raiding guild and formerly on Sargeras-US in Legion. We're a group of individuals who want to progress through end-game content, and while we consider ourselves a progression guild, first and foremost, we are also a community of like minded-people who want to have fun. The guild consists of a core of individuals who have played together since Mists of Pandaria, with some of us having played together since Burning Crusade and earlier, and transcends the raiding scene. We frequently do M+, PvP, participate in alt runs, and every day of the week we play other games together (such as Destiny 2, HOTS, Overwatch, RB6: Siege, PUBG, or whatever FOTM game is hot right now). If you're a skilled player looking for a friendly community of other skilled players, you've found the right guild.


Recruitment Needs;
    In addition to the above, we are interested in the best Ranged DPS applicants with a history of exceptional Mythic experience, and are willing to consider a single exceptional Melee DPS. All players will have equal opportunity to make it into the core Mythic progression team, and raid spots are based on more than just your DPS; metrics include awareness, adaptability, damage taken, and especially your ability not to annoy everyone. Applicants must have logs and prior experience. We prefer applicants to be 18+ as the youngest raider in our guild is 24. We are willing to make exceptions for everything if you are a qualified and skilled player, so even if you do not fit all of the criteria we expect but believe yourself to be worthy of a spot, you are welcome to apply.

    We also have a separate raid group that raids one day a week. This group finished Antorus at 11/11M as the US #3 3hr/wk raid group. Their raid times are posted above.


      Expectations;
          Attendance and Attitude;
        We expect you to arrive fully prepared before raid starts. We provide feasts, flasks, and codices, but you should be fully briefed on all fights we may face that raid night. You are singularly accountable for your own attendance. We understand that life happens and sometimes you must miss raids, but in cases like that we expect raiders and trials alike to post on Discord so we can find a replacement. We expect you to be able to play your class at a high level, be aware, pay attention for the entire raid, understand and adapt to mechanics, learn from your mistakes and the mistakes of others, pull your weight, and be a contributing member of the raid team. We expect you to be friendly and understanding, never lash out at others, and put aside personal differences for the sake of progression. We don't tolerate players that stop caring, stop trying, or stop attending, and raiders displaying a poor attitude that is deemed a detriment to the team will be promptly benched. Note that because many of our players have played together across multiple expansions, we tend to bicker and insult each other as much as possible. This is only because we enjoy playing with each other, so don't take it too seriously, because we're just kidding. We value our environment highly, and that's why every single raider transferred with us from Sargeras to Illidan.
