Cynicism of Illidan is recruiting.
We finished Tier 13 at 8/8H (later than we would've liked, but trying to stick with 25 man progression held us back)
Raid Times:
8-11:30 Tuesday
8-11:30 Wednesday
8-11:30 Thursday
What we expect from our raiders:
1) Preparedness- Show up with enough consumables for the entire raid. We'll try to provide cauldrons & feasts, but we can't promise that they'll be dropped.
2) Raid awareness- If you like to camp out in fire (or any other puddle of bad stuff, for that matter), this isn't the place for you. Show up as familiar as can be with the fights. Less explaining equals less down-time equals more bosses dead.
3) Selflessness- We will, at times, have to sit players to adjust our raid comp from time to time. If you can't handle sitting for that reason, this probably isn't the place for you.
4) Competitiveness- Friendly competition among the roles is encouraged, to a point. Once that level of competition crosses from healthy to unhealthy, its time to back it off.
All in all, the goal here is to create a fun and laid-back environment while still progressing through content at a reasonable pace.
