<Noctem Aeternam> has been established on Illidan for
quite some time as both a 10/25 man raiding guild. We play to have
a good time and progress in a game we all love. We believe that
it's important to play with individuals we're comfortable with -
both skill and personality-wise. We recruit solid raiders that fit
in well with our guild's unique atmosphere.
We are a competitive, driven guild always striving to do better with each boss kill. Expectations of our members are set high and they are required to always be prepared, knowledgeable of their class and any boss strats we may encounter. Although our raid schedule is light, we still demand the best from every member in each raid.
What we're looking for from our recruits:
Reliability: All raiders are required to maintain a high level of raid attendance. 90%+ please!. We realize that real life comes up sometimes, please be proactive of informing us ahead of time! Attendance is absolutely key to earning a core raid spot within our guild. If you cannot consistently make our raids on a weekly basis (all 3 days), it is unlikely you will earn a raiding spot with our core. Raiding only 3 days/9 hours a week means we have to do as much as we can with the time allotted.
Initiative: You continually strive to better yourself in terms of your knowledge of boss strategies and are always seeking ways to improve your character and your own play-style. You always come to raid with the correct consumables, enchants and a focused attitude.
Personality: We are looking for raiders who are skilled, friendly, dedicated, intelligent and most importantly drama-free! Our raiders are able to have fun but also know when it's time to be focused.
Gear: It is expected that your current gear reflects the dedication you possess as a raider. Your gear provides us insight as to how knowledgeable you are of your class and your willingness to put in additional effort into your character. In our raid, gear is handed out by an officer run loot council.
Our current raid times are Tues-Thurs 20:30 til 23:30 Server Time
