“Reverent” Guild

Reverent is a US World of Warcraft HORDE hard-core raiding guild based on the Illidan PVP server. We are primarily a level 85 PVE raiding guild which means we love to play WOW, we play to raid, and we push for progression. Reverent is made up of mature players who know when to be serious and when to have fun, with a minimum age requirement of 18. We will not accept a raider into the guild who is not 18 years old or older.

PVE:

We are currently raiding in BWD,BoT & Tof4W where we are 12/12 & 5/13. We are running multiple 10 man raid groups consisting of our core members who are eager to take on new and difficult encounters. We expect our core to be dedicated, serious raiders who will attend raids consistently with a high commitment to excellent performance. We insist that raiders review raid content before raid time, come prepared with all required raid items and dedicate the raid time to clearing new content. We go in, we raid hard, and we get out!

We are recruiting all raiders who are serious about progression, raiding and PVP. Current raid nights are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 7-11 ST and subject to change. Please do not apply if you cannot consistently raid these nights.

Our leadership is made up of the Guild Master, Officers/Raid Leaders, and Officer Assistants. We are here to assist the guild with administration, scheduling, encouragement and more! Without you, our guild could not exist. We value our members and are always available to listen to concerns. Communication is central to every relationship, and a guild is just that, a group of people with a relationship through WOW. Good communication ensures that we have a strong, close-knit guild that will work well together for a fun playing experience.

So, to be clear, we are a raiding guild. We only accept serious raiders into our guild. We have fun but we expect raiders to show up on raid night, on time, prepared for the raid with all required raid supplies and fully briefed on the encounters from viewing videos and reading raid strategies. If you are willing to meet these requirements, Reverent might be the guild for you!

SUMMARY:

RECRUITING TEAM MEMBERS: Team members are people with a full set of complementary skills required to complete a task; in this case, downing bosses. They work closely together to ensure high performance by combining these skills effectively and efficiently, knowing how their particular set of buff and skills enhance other team members' performance. They share responsibility for self-management by viewing raid content before raids and coming prepared with all items necessary for peak performance. They are accountable for the collective performance of the team, and work toward a common goal and shared rewards. A team becomes more than just a collection of people when a strong sense of mutual commitment creates synergy; generating performance greater than the sum of the performance of its individual members. If you fit that description, we are looking for you!

HISTORY:

Formed: June 15, 2009

Type of guild: Started as a casual guild and changed to hard-core when Cataclysm came out.

Past progression: In WotLK we went 12/12 in ICC10 with 11/12 hardmodes and all meta achievements completed. Additionally, we have completed Ruby Sanctum10, ICC10, ToC 10 and 25, and we are 4/4 in VoA.
