Introduction:
<Simple Mechanics> is a 25man Raiding Guild. We focus primarily on performance, skill, attitude and reliability to build our Core Raid Team competent enough to progress primarily in 25man Content for 4.3. Every member is subject to the application process, which may include a Ventrilo Interview with an Officer prior to getting an invite. This increases our chance of success together as well as keeps the quality standards of our roster high.

We value high level experience in all previous content as it was current. Gear and experience in “Current Content” is not a primary concern of ours, we are more concerned with the “Player behind the Keyboard” and the attitude and character displayed.

PvE (Raiding) Details: We are strictly focused on 25man Raiding and creating only one competent 25man Team.

Fri: 7:00-11:00
Sat: 7:00-11:00
Sun: 7:00-11:00


Guidelines:
We expect a minimum monthly attendance of 75% from our raiders.

Loot distribution is based on a EPGP Loot System. Details are on our website.

Required Addon: EPGPLootmaster (Can be downloaded from www.curse.com)

Raiders and above (all equal) are prioritized before Trials for loot distribution. (A trial should NOT expect loot)

We expect you to carry full consumables and be ready to raid.

We take breaks during the raid, so we expect no AFKs or Ninja AFKing outside of rare emergencies.

You are required to have a working “headset” with mic and understand how to use Ventrilo.

You are expected to have enough technical knowledge to keep your computer from dictating when or how you play.

Every Sunday following our raid night, we go through our weekly Trial Evaluations. It is here when we decide if we promote, remove from guild or continue trial.
