“Source” Guild

Source

We value progression and preparedness while generally keeping things lighthearted in raid. We are looking for committed raiders who show up to raid knowing what their role will be on any encounter, farm or progression. At the same time, we expect our raiders to have a relaxed attitude and generally be able to take a joke. We use discord and hang out on off-nights knocking out Mythic+ with our DJ bot taking song requests.


Raid Schedule

Tue/Wed/Thur @ 8:00pm-11pm CST


Attendance

We expect raiders to maintain near perfect attendance. We understand real life does get in the way sometimes but to us this is not JUST a video game. You have a group of very real people who rely on you to be there, and at your best, every primary raid night. That being said, if you have to miss a raid for any reason, we require that you notify an officer using the discord app ASAP.


Loot Rules

Loot is distributed using a loot council based on the highest benefit to the guild. We apply an unbiased formula prioritizing performance and attendance. There are no loot restrictions at present for any members, including trials. We are here to kill bosses and loot-driven personalities do not last long.


Class/Role Needs

We aren't recruiting many members but since our roster is extremely flexible, we can consider many possible additions. We believe in bringing the player, not the class. If interested, please reach out.
