“Sustain” Guild

<Sustain> Reforming for Battle for Azeroth.

Our Raiding History
Sustain was a semi-hardcore 2 day guild formed in ToS, but due to roster issues we were unable to start mythic until late August/early September, getting 5/9m in just over 3 weeks. Despite the quick progress, roster issues led to the disbandment of the guild. Select core members moved on, joining the top 2 day guild on Illidan to get CE that tier, ending at realm 25th, US 234th, and world 776th. As of 2/4/2018, in Antorus, one of those select members are realm 16th, US 129th, and world 394 at 10/11M, while the others in that select core are realm 34th, US 267th, and world 826th, at 9/11M.

Sustain in BfA
With those select core members leading the direction of the guild, we aim to reach US 200th in the first tier of BfA and aim higher the next tier. While still very early on in the reformation process, old members of Sustain and new skilled players we have met along the way are reforming a raid team that will get CE every tier in BfA without the weight of weak players holding back the raid. Our recruiting process will be extremely detailed as we wish to recruit raiders who are able to play their role efficiently and accurately. To give a general impression, we're looking for raiders who are on the peak/summit of their class’s mechanics and theorycrafting, as well as self-motivated to maintain high level knowledge of their class and perform at a high level.

Atmosphere
We’re a close knit group of friends who enjoy playing the game at a high level. In ToS, Sustain thrived on this relationship, everyone was on the same page and we were all directed towards the same goal. In BfA, we expect this same atmosphere to extend to every raid member, giving them not just progress, but great friendships.
