FATTYCOP STARTED A SECOND RAID AND KILLED US.

<CUTIES ONLY> is a dead raiding guild that used to strive to push the limits of this game. We only raided 4 days a week (16 hours) as our mandatory schedule. Despite raiding half the time of most top echelon guilds we were still able to hold extremely competitive rankings amongst them.

Notable achievements:

US 6th Heroic Sinestra
US 5th Heroic Nefarian
US 6th Heroic Cho'gall
US 3rd Heroic Magmaw
US 2nd Heroic Maloriak
US 4th Heroic Lich King
US 6th Heroic Putricide
US 5th Heroic Anub'arak
US 3rd/World 10th Alone in the Darkness
US 8th Observed
US 6th Freya 3x
US 5th Firefighter
US 4th Ulduar Clear

We took pride in maximizing our short raid week with very fast and efficient raids. We also have held numerous records on WMO/WOL for boss kill times. In addition, many of our raiders kept a number of appearances on DPS/eHPS/TPS scoreboards.

We were looking for the best of the best US Horde had to offer. What set us apart from many other top guilds was our strict expectation from our members. We stressed performance output religiously and expected continuously flawless play from our raiders. Even though one might believe the skill cap in WoW is low, he or she must always strive to improve from raid to raid, even if you believe you are as good as it gets. Again, we wanted the best players US realms had to offer.

Applicant Expectations

1. Fluid Performance - Every encounter is different, and how you mold your DPS (or HPS) strategy around the niches of an encounter determines how much you can maximize your output. People who can adapt to every encounter, new or old, on the turn of a dime, are the people we wanted back when we raided.

2. Perfect Awareness - Maximum performance was definitely necessary, but we weren't interested in people who tunnel vision their Recount or raid frames. We wanted players who could adapt quickly and effectively against raid encounters while maximizing their output. IE: don't die to fire.

3. Learning Attitude - It's very rare to find someone who is perfect at everything they do. We're not saying we do not condone a small level of arrogance; but in a raid environment, especially during progression, people must be open to criticism and correction of their personal strategy against an encounter. We were looking for people who do not have crutches (like the need to be reminded of abilities on ventrilo) or even a bar timer, we wanted people who could hold themselves up while doing #1 and #2 perfectly.

How to Apply

You don't.

ps: we love you, ekun.
