**About the Guild**

None the Wiser is an active community that's been around since Vanilla. We are a PVE oriented guild, with some interest in PVP. Our raid team is primarily looking to have some fun while progressing the current tier as far as we can with our community.

The guild culture is laid back and the majority of players have been around for a while. We all try to get along and do our best to help each other out since we care about a positive community. This is a long term guild/home and we like to keep things chill. We have shifted focus on exploring CE and we will be looking forward to progressing Mythic in future raids. We will have an AOTC oriented squad if CE is not your jam, but you're still interested in raiding with a community.

**Raiding Times:**

* Tuesdays + Thursdays 6:30 - 9:30 P.M. Mountain time (server time)
* Optional Sunday raids at 6:30 - 9:30 P.M. Mountain time (server time)

Optional Sunday raids are just that, optional. We usually use it for normal raids/alts, the occasional raid achievement run, and to clear previous difficulties for the people who just don't want to trust a full pug group.

Second Raid Team Times 7/8H VOI 4/8M VOI

Wednesdays + Thursdays 6:30 - 9:30 P.M. Mountain time (server time)

*Second Raid Team is recruiting
* Priest/shadow priest
* Evoker
* Mage

**The most important part to us is that you:**

* Have a decent attitude

* Reliable raider (attendance)

* Can follow mechanics (boss encounter mechanics)

* Willing to learn

**What we are looking for**

Right now we're looking for the following:

* For what class/specs: Generally, it's going to depend on our current recruitment situation. We have an established core, but we are always looking for fresh blood. Ranged DPS is always favored, but that does not mean will we always reject melee. Tanks/Healers welcome to apply as well. Depending on the current boss encounter we may need more of one class and less of another.

**Recruitment Process**

We would have you raid and play with the team, Mythic + is also an option to show off your skills, mechanics, attitude, and overall class knowledge. Having existing parses on warcraftlogs helps, but being able to see your mechanics helps us with our decision as well. It also gives you an opportunity to decide if you like the guild culture.
