Outline:
Disband is a progression-oriented endgame guild. We raid 4 nights per week (Monday thru Thursday) 7 PM to 11 PM, Invites go out at 6:30pm (Server Time). We also do alt runs and other various content, conducted on "off nights" and "after hours." As we are working further into progression of the heroic Icecrown Citadel content and the upcoming Ruby Sanctum, our raid schedule may possibly be stretched to 5 nights a week, adding Sunday into our schedule. On a typical, average week, we clear our farmed content in 1-2 days and dedicate the rest of the week to progression. We provide guild repairs during progression.

Qualities Desired:
We are only interested in exceptional players who can play their class to the fullest of its ability. Successful applicants will rarely miss raids while being able to take constructive criticism, being capable of playing multiple talent specializations at optimal performance, and understanding the nuances and specifics of the game/class/encounter mechanics. Because the current content has a relatively low skill/entry requirement for normal modes, all our applicants are expected to have a fair amount of gear and experience from the normal 25-man content. Many PUGs regularly perform full normal mode clears, with some of the easier heroics sprinkled in for fun. We don't want to carry you through hardmode content if you have never even finished the Crimson Wing in normal mode. Exalted reputations are expected where it matters, as is a thorough knowledge of your class's capabilities. Finally, a desire to complete raid-centric achievements, including heroic and meta-achievements, is a must.

Paladin:
- Holy: 1

Shaman:
(NEED 1 of any Shaman)
- Enhance: 1
- Elemental: 1
- Restoration: 1

Priest:
- Disc: 1
- Holy: 1

Druid:
-Balance: 1
-Resto: 1

Hunter:
- Any Raid Spec: 2 [yes survival is a raid spec, BM... not so much]

Warlock:
- Demonology: 1

Tanks:
- Need 1 Good Tank of any class.

Once again, we are only interested in exceptional players who can play their class to the fullest of its ability. Successful applicants are expected to maintain a 90% attendance rate. You also must take constructive criticism well, and if you are a class with an available alternate spec, we fully expect you to be capable of playing both talent specializations at optimal performance. This means you must be spec'd, glyphed, geared, enchanted, and gemmed correctly. As we are working almost exclusively on heroic mode content, all applicants are also expected to have a fair amount of gear. Yes, we understand that skill > gear, but a base level of gear is still expected to simply be able to survive and not waste anyone's time.
