“Requìem” Guild

Requìem is a 25 man raiding guild that has been clearing content for 4 years strong. We take pride in the light atmosphere and focused nature of our raiding. We use a loot council system for loot distribution. We are currently Rank 12 in guild leveling.

Our WotLK progression ended off as 11/12 HM for 10/25 and we look to continue this success into the Cataclysm!

As of 2/10/11 we are 4/4 in Bastion of Twilight 25m, 5/6 in Blackwing Descent 25m, and Conclave of Wind 25m.

Our raid schedule is Tuesdays through Thursdays from 6:30pm to 10:30pm PST Server time. Some days we will stay later, but with a light schedule, we really depend on people to be there. Mondays will be an off-day, and perhaps clean up of last week's raid if attendance/interest is there.

We are looking to add a few more people to fill our roster and have some backups, and to enable some rotations if needed. Most of our members consist of dedicated individuals who do not miss raids very often. Because of this, we are looking to keep our raiding roster somewhere around 32 members to account for disconnects or absences.

You should strive to be at the top of your game with a full understanding of your class and ability to learn quickly and not make the same mistake twice. Being able to take criticism from officers in order to improve your paystyle is a must; you will not be mocked/picked on but having the ability to recognize you did something wrong is very important (secret tip: "I messed up, it will never happen again" -- and make sure it doesn't!). People that can't show up for raids or continue to push progression, this is not the guild for you.

What we expect from our raiders:
- Know your class inside and out.
- Be prepared with proper specs, gear, consumables, gems/enchants, and knowing the fights we will be pushing.
- Be able to make a minimum of 90% of raids as an initiate, even if it is on wait list (we see you there!).
- Drama will not be tolerated.
- Stable Internet connection REQUIRED; Kil'Jaeden can get pretty nasty at times!
- Be a friendly and mature person, be able to take jokes and criticism, and have a good attitude.
- Be consistent in your attendance. It's only 12 hours a week over 3 days, not much we ask for.
